Summer of Love

"Omg look at my nails,"I said to mom who was making me help her with are new little flower-bed.

"So,next time maybe you will listen to me when i say to watch your younger sister!"Mom said.

"This is so not fair all my friends are probably at the beach relaxing!"I said with a whiny voice.

"Nina,hurry-up if you want to come in," Mom said walking to our house.

Quickly i finished pulling the weeds out of the flower bed and went to change into some nicer clothes.I decided to wear my really short puple skirt and a plain white T-shirt.Then i put some make-up  on.I never went anywhere without wearing make-up.Just as i was about to go downstairs my cell-phone rang.

"Hello,"I said.

"Hey honey,"Mike my boyfriend said.

"Hi,"

"How come you sound so down?"

"I'm grounded and my mom won't let me leave the house!"

"Shit,that's to bad!"

"You think and that's not all i can only be on the phone for an hour,"

"Well i got a plan i will be there in ten minutes!"

"See you in ten minutes,"I said shutting my phone.

About five minutes later he arrived in his expensive car.quickly he walked up the front steps and gave me a warm kiss and then stopped.

"again,"I said wanting another one of his magical kisses.

"First i have to convince your parents to let you come to Jen's party which is 20 minutes!later though babe,"Mike said walking inside the house holding my hand.

"Mom-"I started to say.

"Hello Mrs.Martin you look lovely to day,"Mike said with acharming smile.

"Well thank you Mike you look very handsome today!"Mom said with beaming.

"I was wondering if i could take your daughter mother's day shopping,"he said.

"Well she was grounded, but if she does extra chores and comes home before mindnight and doesn't end up being brought home by the cops she may go!"Mom  said with taking a breathe.

"Oh thank you mama !"I said running upstairs to change in a hot pink tight,short dress.And adding different type of make-up on.Then i got on a pair of high heels and staraightend my curly black hair.I sometimes wish i had blonde hair but mom won't let me dye it becuase she said Mexicans are made to have black hair.After that i ran downstairs so we could go to the party.
