"Randy and I will be leaving this weekend," said Mr. Larson. Jennifer's mouth dropped. "You mean I won't see you two when I leave? I don't wanna go without saying goodbye to you two," pleaded Jennifer. Mr. Larson smiled and patted his daughter's hand. "Sweetheart I know how you feel. I don't like it either, but remember good byes ain't forever." Jennifer nodded, but still can feel her heart breaking. After her father and mother went to bed later that night, Randy and Jennifer decided to go horseback riding. "I am going to miss these rides," said Jennifer. Randy rode on in silence. "Randy why are you so quiet? Are you angry with me about something?" asked Jennifer.

Randy dismounted off his horse so fast that Jennifer wasn't expecting for him to pull her off as well. "Darlin I am having a hard time dealing with the fact of you leaving me." Jennifer placed her hand on the side of Randy's cheek. He leaned into her touch. "I love you Randy Lockland with all my heart," whispered Jennifer. Then Randy held on to Jennifer. "I love you too Jennifer Larson. You have my heart always." Without saying another word, the couple shared a kiss that ended with them breathing hard. "Dance with me sweetheart." Jennifer smiled and held on to Randy. After awhile, Randy and Jennifer headed back to the stables.

As soon as the horses were taken care of, Jennifer walked Randy to his truck. "Remember what my dad said Randy. Goodbyes ain't forever, we will see each other again," said Jennifer. Randy nodded and drove off. He looked at the rearview mirror as he drove out the gates. This was the last time he was going to see his sleeping beauty see him drive off. A tear slid down his cheek and Randy felt his heart breaking. Jennifer watched Randy's truck disappear the bend. She looked up at the stars and couldn't stop her tears from falling. The next day Jennifer and her mother spent their time having a girl's day out. "I'm having such a fun time honey," said Mrs. Larson. Jennifer smiled and agreed with her mother.
