LOVERS BALLAD
The room grew very quiet
as the music began to play
Then the room slowly came alive
as they twirled and gently swayed
~*~
Like two swans upon the water
they embraced to musics chord
Intangled in two lovers dance
smoothly gliding across the floor
~*~
With each strum of the violin
the caressing of the drum
He held her tenderly in his arms
as cellos sweetly hum
~*~
He gently lay his head upon
her bossom pale and pallid
These ballerinas hearts belong
to this endless lovers ballad
