This was written for Peter. It is about two people from different background that love each other more than anything and express it by flesh. They want nothing but love and for the Torch of Love not to burn them since they have been burnt before by her.

The luminous Torch of Love
Crown thee with Your grace
Wrap Yourself around two worlds
Bring them to resting place
Breathe Your golden air on them
Smell the delicious musk
Touch them without wounding
Precious Torch of Love
They breathe in Your beauty
They sink into Your hair
Two worlds become one this eve
Perfect unity is rare
Wrap them up in trembling arms
Feet and lips touch
They worship You til morning comes
This act of flesh is love
Two bodies dance like works of art
But when white light shines
They open their eyes
And two worlds break apart.

U know

Not only do you not know what true love is, but the only thing you love is yourself. You should write a realistic poem about all the disorders you have that got you where you are today, and how scared shittless you are of being alone for five minutes.... I would love to read that poem :D

This is a start for your new poem. Pull some ideas off of this....
Delusional I believed I could cure it all for you dear
Coax or trick or drive or drag the demons from you
Make it right for you sleeping beauty
Truly thought I could heal you
Far beyond a visible sign of your awakening
Failing miserably to rescue sleeping beauty
Drunk on ego truly thought I could make it right
If I kissed you one more time to help you face the nightmare
But youre far too poisoned for me
Such a fool to think that I could wake you from your slumber
That I could actually heal you
Sleeping beauty poisoned and hopeless
Far beyond a visible sign of your awakening
Failing miserably to find a way to comfort you
Far beyond a visible sign of you awakening
And hiding from some poisoned memory
Poisoned and hopeless sleeping beauty
