Reunion of lovers.

She came slowly and looked into my eyes,
I opened my arms to embrace her tight,
kissed her gently on the forehead,
Tiny pearls dripped from her dull eyes.

We were blessed with a love, oh so eternal
And you decided to give it all up, for what?
So many years of excruciating pain
Hiding so much love inside of your pure heart.

She kept her fingers on my lips, and spoke

'Don't say a word, I have no answers to give,

I was never alone, you were always on my mind.
You were always with me, being a part of me all along.

When I wanted to be in your life,
You were chasing your big dreams,

There was no place for me,

you had your eyes on a bigger prize!

I cleared myself out of your way,

Gave you the freedom you desired.'
And as the crowd screamed for my autograph

I watched her disappear with a last bye.
