Alone I sit in my room

So sick of being alone.

Alone I sit in my room,
the same as the night before.
The feeling of loneliness envelopes me,
The ability to find someone special eludes me.
As I sit alone again I ponder where it went wrong.
What I would give to dance with her one last song,
What I would give to have her by my side.
But alas fate does not abide.
Alone I sit in my room again,
Is love not mine to gain?
Alone I sit in my room,
I hope this loneliness ends soon.
