Alone in my eggshell.

I walked alone

Palms facing up I searched for a hand,

Passersby never paused

Alone in my eggshell,

I thought I was broken.

I thought it was over for me.

My shell cracks,

My blood is leaving me.

Kiss me once and I fall in love,

Promise to be true,

Hold me close for I am fragile.

Put the pieces back one kiss at a time.

I will heal,

And our hearts will mend together.

Love me, and I will stay forever.
