Missing You.

Here in this forest, rain poured.

Here in my heart, pain gushed.

Through the haze, I strained my eyes.

Through the anguish, I forced my heart.

Like a foolish child, I sat and lingered.

Like an imprudent lover, I anticipated and withered.

Not knowing when the time of you and I would come.

Not knowing if it will ever come.

For your kiss, my lips burned.

For your touch, my heart ached.

So long, for your arrival, I have been waiting.

Until when, am I to remain, drowning in my plea?

Our lover’s oath, desiccated and died.

Your loving vow, omitted and undetected.

When would your love grasp my soul ?

When would my love come?

When will you come?
