HA! The masterpiece has arrived! I'm joking. This was written for the Lionheart Challenge. The words I've been given:
1. Flavour
2. Scent
3. Corroding (I actually had to look this one up *blushes*)
4. Shape
5. Inside

Lionheart: Thank you for the easy words Tee Hee. Anyways I made it a love poem since you had a paticular interst in my love poems. Enjoy!

The Taste of You

 

Tears fall from Heaven

Caressing my soul, my body and mind

Drowning our entwined bodies

As we love each other, become one

 

The flavour of you drives me wild

Your taste messing with my head

Sending me spiraling into the unknown

Diving into your heart

 

I look into your eyes, touch your hair

Your scent of love is making me dizzy

My body in shape with yours

Fitting like a piece of puzzle

 

The wall around my heart is corroding  

All because of you

I reveal my inner most secrets to you

You see me for who I am

 

Inside I am melting

Your touch makes me weak

I beg for you to love me, hold and cherish me

To make me yours

 

As rays of sunshine smiles down on us

And dances a dance of joy on our bodies

I finally know for certain

I am home with you.

The mighty mind of Lien had to look up corroding? what tha???

AND, can someone please get me a tall glass of iced water (snap! snap!) because this poem is on fire! You've outdone your poetry skills fair lady. Altho, you speak of corroding with your heart so that must mean you've got some emotional walls up. Longing for someone to get in there and voila! you purr like a kitten.

Love the last line. That speaks volumes to cats like me in the search.

Oh, lookit...my water has now arrived...

Absolutely impressed, throw your cape over your shoulder and take a bow.

Ohhhh I love your comment!! About the corroding...I sort of new what it was but I wasn't sure...blonde moment (teehee you'll never escape that). I've got more walls around me than China.

Lionheart

Why is it that everyone who comments says something like: "You showed that freak!" or "Lionheart must be crying"

... no respect...

Yes i like your romantic poems. Its no surprise Classy liked it too, you and her are funny together HHAHAHAhAhah!!!!!
Your jokes always give me a 'rich mans' laugh.

The very first line drowned me in imagery:
"Tears fall from Heaven"

Then it only got better onwards. Beautiful. You described the girl as being so vulnerable but so safe withing this guys arms. You had to look up corroding hAHHAhAhAhA!!!! That was funny, i thought you would have known. But anyway, you did show me up. AND I AM NOT A NUT!!!!
