My heart skips a beat when I see Colin Firth, sweet desire
A true celebrity, amazing actor, a warm, glowing fire!
Whenever he is on TV, I rush to sit, admire and lovingly gaze
He is so handsome, cute adorable smile to put me in a daze
I imagine myself on a remote island, Colin is laying by a shore
Crazy, lovely thoughts but fun dreaming this fantasy galore
Oh, to be in Bridget Jones’s shoes, big thrill with Mark nearby
And superb excellence in The King’s Speech, wondrous sigh!
There are many scenes, pictures of this famous, talented one
He is, Lord Dashwood eating cocoa puffs, charmingly fun
For anyone who simply adores Colin Firth, smooth talker, lovable convincing actor, it’s, S P J, Sweet Pleasing Joy!!
