The words I speak are true and pure
But you turn away and laugh at these words
( I love you)
You walk away without the simplest regret
I gave you my words in hope of a return
But you crushed them in my heart and spit out my love
You’re heartless and cold
My pain cannot be healed my love can not be appealed
My hopeless romantic love and I know that you will never feel
I will day by day always know and always tell my heart still sings at your name
But my pain shall always squeal
For this I know is my hopeless romantic tale,
I could continu on about all the things you've done
about all the things you said that stung
my body is now ragged and torn
from this war we've fought
with our useless words of nonlove
we raise our flags high and scream out our battle cry
our pride's is all that's left in this one on one battle of death
our stubborn self won't let us rest
until one fall's and lies with the rest
for this is our hopeless romantic battle cry
