reaching back
behind the sleep
those resonating memories
i almost felt it as it left
like passing an uneasy breath
it was an unceremonial death
where did you go?
i ask myself
i dont remember losing you
i cannot locate that beauty
that i was sure i kept in you
love has no immortality
no immune gene to the disease
when did you leave me?
i ask so pitifully
while your arms close
close
around me
warm
and dreamy
