Tell me you love me.
Don't tell me what fills me with joy
even if it is not what brings others joy.
You shouldn't hate me.
If you really do,
Don't let me be angry with you
for calling me a malicious grump,
or a stinky grunge,
or yours, by saying otherwise.
Tell me you love me.
Make me cry
because I don't have the guts to say that
I love you, too.
Don't imply that you hate me
and take back your 'I love you'
to patronize me.
Tell me the truths about my personality
that I suspect are lies.
Don't let me believe your sweet fabrications
and allow a stranger to sell you out with sour truths.
Love is sweet to me even though it tastes sour.
So it's alright.
I am yours.
Love is always true.
Tell me you love me.
