I Miss You - (Wyz)

Poetry By: Jayson Wyz

Among some of my more embarrassing poems to post. This was written somewhere between the end of 8th - beginning of 9th grade years.

It was written for a girl I knew online. It was solely an online relationship that was on again, off again.

This was written during one of those breaks.

I sit and wait for you as I wonder.
Wondering if you will return.
As I sit I hear thunder.
As I wait, my heart begins to burn!
I wonder if you are okay.
I hope and pray you are alright.
I think about you all day.
I dream of you every night.
I wonder how you can leave me like this,
Wondering why you are gone.
I miss your sweet, tender kiss.
I wait as I watch the sun rise at dawn.
You don't know how much I miss you.
Inside, it causes much pain.
To this love thing, I am still new.
It is going to make me go insane!
