You Never Know

We never know who can come into our lives at any moment

Circumstances change and situations rearrange with every breath that we take

A walk down a street could bring a chance for two people to meet

And who knows perhaps destiny will step in and they may begin to speak to each other

Perhaps that first talk will lead to a life long walk

And from then on they will stay forever

Who knows what their lives will bring

If together their love begins to sing

And harmony grows from their time together

We all make choices in our lives

Some of them our good and some of them bring strife

But we never will know until we give them a try

And then perhaps we wil find a joy that will be with us till we die

After that first walk we took a life time walk

We choose to take a walk that would last forever

And what it brought us was inner music that made us sing

We did not know we could have so much joy

But life has many surprises yet to bring

So we look forward to being with each other  in our life long walk
