Like a Penguin I remained on land
Could live on my own wishes
I felt like a bird when I found you
My thoughts flew towards you
Hovering around you every day
But the bird returned in the nest
Our courtship started bearing fruits
I felt like a bird flying high in shy
Wings widespread, keen eyesight
Returned on land and in my nest
Never attended call of others and me
One day you migrated somewhere
Now my thoughts fly like Icarus
Knowing his fall, I’ve no command
Sun will burn him or would fall in ocean
After love, I lost the land, the reality.
