For those who have always been there but then left behind.

19 hours:

19 hours away,

Lost in your world of pain.

Reaching out to anyone you can.

Reaching out,

Till you found me.

I was a friend,

A lifeboat,

A hand to hold.

Someone who always listened to you,

Someone who truly cared,

All from 19 hours away.

But all I helped you with,

All the times I proved I cared,

All the all-nighters pulled.

And still I'm not enough when compared to her

Even though she has killed you,

More than once.

So here I am.

Walking away from you.

Walking away from your problems,

Walking away from your grip.

Because no matter what I do,

I'm still 19 hours away.
