i still wake up, and i still go to bed

maybe they'll be something there, oh, maybe in the end.

i still cry out into this empty house

and i'll still lay down , in his arms tonight

and i'll still be packing tomorrow, trying to get out of this town.

and i'll still be back here tomorrow, trying to get my feet on the ground.

but

i, i still want you,

i still wanna run away,

i still wanna go today

but baby we're right around the corner,

i can see the finish,

dont wait another minute

to jump in the car and, gun it

babe we almost won it.
