A romantic poem I wrote for a girl named Christina. It incorporates light humor.. It needs to be searched for.

She inspires like a beautiful muse I feel compelled to better my ways I try to look away, but it's no use Her smile is the perfect start to my day But how can someone so inspiring be so distracting? She doesn't have to say much to get my attention Don't get me wrong, I'm not acting like it's a bad thing But the sad thing is: I can't ease the tension enough to show my affection If I spilled the truth to her, would she feel the same? Would I be able to look her in the eye and not cause a shame? I doubt I would even be able to remember her name Just let me drift away and think of a way for me to save face If it's alright with you, you're always right You're all I'll ever want in this life Since I met you, I have a new definition of beautiful Now I know exactly just what to do Witness us glisten, this is my vision Overpower nervousness, I've made my decision Now, don't you agree that we'd be good together? Let's agree to disagree, I've been thinking about forever...
