May You Kiss The Wind
Upon the wind
I blew a kiss,
I hope it found you well.
And if it did,
please come see me,
locked up inside my shell.
Knock down the walls
so I can see,
you see, you are my eyes,
then stay a while,
don't go again,
you know I hate goodbyes.
I know you said
we couldn't be,
but frankly I don't care.
Love is in my
arms tonight, your
name is everywhere.
What would I give
for your embrace,
the love I can't replace?
And yet for all
I try, I can't
even recall your face.
