I wish things could be turned back,
Back to how it was before
Your voice pulled me through the darkness
Now I'm lost in the eternal buzz
of nothingness and silence

I wish I hadn't said what I said
Now the memories are stuck in my head
Tossing and turning, restlessly in my bed.
As silent tears roll down my cheek.
Why do I even care so much?

I wish you would know how I feel
You mean so much to me
I wish you'd be my knight in shining armour.
I wish you would finally be...mine
But I can't even tell you!

I wish you would need me,
Almost just like I need you.
And all I know is that...
I really do love you...
