His eyes
Such a dazzling blue
They sparkle in the light,
Opening windows of emotion
His eyes, they hide nothing,
You could see anything in them.
Behind those pools of blue
Is a crystal door
The door is beautiful
A dazzling crystal door.
Look close enough and see
Through the clear glass
To the depths of his pure soul.
Almost anyone with good intent
Can open up that crystal door,
And enter into his soul
To never leave or want again
Because his soul is pure
The purest of the pure
No hate or malice dwells
In those eyes
Of dazzling
Blue
Her eyes
Such a piercing grey
They catch every detail
They show no emotion
in the dark they sparkle
With a light only they possess,
Pools of silver in darkness
Dark steel in the light,
They hide everything
Yet let nothing in.
Behind those steely orbs
Is a locked door,
The door is strong
Made to protect her
To hide it all away
All the hurt she's ever felt
The door to her soul
Is locked with no key
No one gains entrance
Through that concrete door
There is sadness in these
Eyes of silvery
Grey
Together they will grow
He'll put up walls
She'll tear some down
All to create the
Blue and grey.
