Forbidden Moments
I still remember those moments,
Of our shared communion,
Reigned by my passion’s dominion.
My mind flew as high as a dove-
For I was surely in love!
The ecstasy of feelings
Which one can never comprehend,
Made me feel for the umpteenth time,
That the song of the earth shall never end.
The warmth of your intense kiss,
Bestowed upon me heavenly bliss.
I still remember the last night
And how I felt all was right,
Everything was so quaint and full of tranquility,
But it was you, who robbed me of all my passions,
Had disclosed your promiscuity;
Just a few flashes of fiery lips to quiver,
That was all needs-
To shatter my tale of enchantment for ever.
I still remember those moments
That would suffice my whole life with laments!
But I had not shed a tear,
For I knew I had loved a person of my heart,
With whom I shall never part.
I still remember those moments-
But shall make no more comments,
Let in the deepest chamber of my heart
Dwell secretively those forbidden moments of love.
