The Person I Thought You Were

I loved you for all the things you were,

Never stopped thinking, you were the perfect girl,

Until here recently, my world revolved around you,

Never finding time to do what I want to do,

But since I am over you my heart seems complete,

There are so many other girls, it will never deplete,

So I'll give you these last words,

And move on in this world,

"I loved you so much,"

"And I never meant to rush"

"But this love that I had, must come to an end,"

For I have better ways with my time to spend,

Don't be angry, or sad about happened,

Be happy, for this world we have to adapt in,

Just know I'll always be here,

Just not right now, for love is not near.
