Should I lie awake?

In your arms I lie awake,
Your thorns reveal daybreak
In you I lie safe --- in darkness of hoping fire,
You burn my lungs --- you kill my scars
We live --- we die…
Your scent is like a vine
That flows within you
It's your asset
Across the valleys of the earth
And I can feel it like no other.
This grass, this grass!
…it keeps me awake.
It is you, it is me.
The ground creates everything;
We are its painting.
Your voice is thunder
That nobody hears
And lightning is my shiver,
I feel it in your shoulders…
So, should I lie awake
…with you…?
You're the lake of my forest
Wherein my fears drown;
You're the massive earthquake
…within you,
And it stops me from running a far
…from your echo
Your eyes speak
Like a yell from my whisper;
Everything in silence is to keep
It's wherever you are…
…All the stairs,
All the walls,
It's your thing no one can ignore
But all of this stuff ends…
…when I hear the clouds call your name
All I have is nothing.
All I had was you;
If ever the trees would also …breathe every second of you
…my thirst bursts, my lungs ---breathe out…
My sight would spell a cloud;
Should I lie awake…Without you...?
