reality of love
All I needed was you to show me,
What it really means about true love.
I turned to you telling you about how I
Gave up on believing that it was real
You whipped away my tears,
You stood beside me though all my fears
Telling me everything’s going to be okay.
But you never followed though
Your words you said to me
Seemed so real and true
Until you turned them around into lies
You looked me right in the eyes;
Said you would love me until forever is over
It felt so sincere when you kissed me
But I never would of guessed it was the last time
That I would ever be with you,
Back and fourth you go
First were together then were apart
Will you ever make up your mind?
I’m not afraid to love you but I’m
Afraid to get hurt again and again
Please can you please stop baby,
Because I cant emotionally take this
When I said that I never want you to leave
I really do mean it and when I say I love you
Its not a lie it means I opened up my heart to you
I run to you when I was scared and alone
But you shut me out trying to give me
Your goodbye forever speech
I cant help you if you keep on
Pushing me father away from you ,
Standing here believing that its not over
But you still end up leaving me speechless
When I hold your hand I never want to let go,
Hold me in your arms and tell me
What’s been going on because I’m lost and confused
Of why you kept saying your goodbyes.
No matter what though ill keep
Running back to you until the day,
You finally decide that I’m actual worth it
