Fade In (Los Angeles California, Wendy's Apartment 8:36 PM)
Ben: "Look Wendy, i really must speak to Susan in Pittsburgh when i go see and visit her this weekend so that i can talk to her"
Wendy: "Mr. Watkins sir, i'm sure that Susan wants to talk to you but she just can't see you right now, she needs to be on her own to think things over and sort things out with her life.."
Ben: "i know that, but i wanna tell her that i'm sorry i abandoned her and her whole family and would like to make up to her for all the times that we did not get to spend time together or anything, is there a phone number that i can reach her in Pittsburgh?"
(Kathleen listened in as Wendy was talking to Susan's father on the phone)
Wendy: "Yes, you can reach Susan at her working place called Sparkle magazine at 1 412 555 7690 or on her cell phone at 387 5598 or at her home at 555 3322.."
Ben: Okay, i'll look forward to speak to her as soon as possible, i'll be staying at the Cubby Motel in North Pittsburgh so she'll know where to reach me.."
Wendy: "Okay sir, i'll let Susan know you're there, thanks.."
Ben: Thanks Wendy, Good night"
Wendy: "Good night, sir"
(Hangs up phone)
Kathleen: "Who was that, Wendy?"
Wendy; "That was Susan's father Ben Watkins, he wants to see and talk to her"
Kathleen (smiles akwardly) "Wow, he must be a foxy cute man right?"
Wendy: (smiles quickly) "Yeah he's cute, cute enough to be her father that's all"
