I Don’t Know Why

Anna Perry didn’t know why she did the things she did, why she felt the way she felt. Anna is shy and insecure. Anna had always hidden herself in frumpy clothes and behind long hair. She truly believes that she is so ugly that it’s impossible to even hope to have a guy like her. But what if one does?

John Day doesn’t know why he is so drawn to Anna. John is not popular or a nerd. He is just average, most people know him as “that one guy that wins every art award/competition possible.” John draws and paints, sometimes even sculpts. It is an outlet for him; it is so similar yet different to Anna’s. John believes that it would me impossible for Anna to ever love him. Why would she anyway?
