She wiggled her toes, burying them into the moist, soft sand. She stretched her hands, closed her eyes and sighed as she inhaled the natural fragrance of the beach. The smell a mixture of sand and water. Her blonde hair fluttered softly like the wings of a butterfly.
Her lips pursed together as she imagined herself as the queen of the sea. She imagined she was the one in control. The one who controlled the tides, the waves and the current. The one who could feel the cool pure water running across her body and into the very depths of her heart.
For a moment, she was one with the water; one with the sand. She was connected to its nature. She could feel the force of the waves across her chest; it was a heavy feeling that made her sway and throw her head back. The small golden grains of sand lifted off the ground and flew slowly in unison with the breeze.
She slowly began to twirl. She started laughing a small and yet magical laugh. It sounded like music; both rare and unique.
She opened her eyes. Yes; she was one with the landforms around her.
