I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on January 7th, 1975.
I studied Modern Languages at the Universidad del Salvador, and I became an English/Spanish Scientific-Literary translator in 1997. Since 1994, I’ve taken part of many local poetry anthologies: my poetry was published by the literary magazine “Gramma”, issued by the Universidad del Salvador; several of my poems in English were published by the literary magazine “Night To Dawn”, from Buffalo, New York, and a poem selection was read in a local cultural radio show in Buenos Aires.
I was granted several special awards in different poetry contests, within a series of anthologies paying tribute to world-renowned argentine poets, such as: Jorge Luis Borges, Baldomero Fernández Moreno and Almafuerte.
In 1997, the local publishing company, Ediciones del Tridente, included me on their anthology “Poetas de fin de siglo”.
On July 2nd., 2006 I launched, together with my friend and editor, my own poetry website that includes poems, quotes from famous international authors of all times, literary translations, thoughts and personal reflections, guest poets, etc. (www.plumaysangre.com.ar).
