[re: reading requests , I would appreciate it if you commented on something I have written before asking me to read your work]

Hey.   ^_^

Welcome to my booksie page.   :  )

I was born on the 22nd of February 1989 in Helsinki in Finland and in case you were wondering am male. ^_^

I'm a big fan of fantasy and horror as well as science fiction.

I'm also an anime and manga fan and very much a bibliophile.  ^_^   I own about 200 books. It's a collection I've been building up for many years. ^_^

I'm a big fan of horror anime, especially the weird ones.  ^_^

My top 5 anime are Death Note, Welcome to the NHK, Code Geass, Gurren Lagann and Steins Gate.

"Better to write for yourself and have no public, than to write for the public and have no self."

[Cyril Connolly]

"A short story is a different thing altogether–a short story is like a quick kiss in the dark from a stranger. That is not, of course, the same thing as an affair or a marriage, but kisses can be sweet, and their very brevity forms their own attraction."

[Stephen King]

"The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience."

[Eleanor Roosevelt]

"One should respect public opinion insofar as is necessary to avoid starvation and keep out of prison, but anything that goes beyond this is voluntary submission to an unnecessary tyranny."

[Bertrand Russell]

“Every word is a prejudice.”

 [Friedrich Nietzsche]

"National character is only another name for the particular form which the littleness, perversity and baseness of mankind take in every country. Every nation mocks at other nations, and all are right."

 [Arthur Schopenhauer]

A : I do not belong to those who think with the wet pen in hand ; and still less to those who yield themselves entirely to their passions before the open ink bottle, sitting on their chair and staring at the paper. I am always vexed and abashed by writing ; writing is a necessity for me, even to speak of it in a simile is unpleasant. B : But why, then, do you write? A : Well, my dear Sir, to tell you in confidence, I have hitherto found no other means of getting rid of my thoughts. B : And why do you wish to get rid of them? A : Why I wish? Do I really wish! I must B : Enough! Enough!

[Friedrich Nietzsche, The Gay Science]
