Dark Hunter

...ancient deeds cast long shadows Long ago, an oath...

My name is Sasha Olivia Rowan and I am (oh, so very) proud to present to you Dark Hunter.

But first, let's talk about something. Something I'm sure that many members of this site (among other such writing communities) are familiar with. I'm talkin' 'bout Zeno's paradox.

You see, the more I write this damn book, the more I come to find that by carving out this tale I reveal continuing layers of complexity that present me with the daunting task of re-writes. How do I fit it all in? The answer is that you don't. The story will never be perfect, but it can be just so.

No more. No less. Just so.

Dark Hunter has been my best friend, my nightmare, my therapy and the source of all the melodramatic angst I could angst up. I absolutely am in love with it. Yeah, it's got problems. So have I. The story has taken a side step and is no longer finished (for those who might've read a previously posted version here before) but it has taken upon itself a degree of certitude that I know I sure as hell didn't put there. It's become quite self-aware and is building itself, this story. And I'm definitely excited for the surprises it must have in store - even for me.

Read it, pass it on and contact me with any questions or comments! Thanks!
