Type; Potential Novel, most likely a series of short installs

Summary; As global warming becomes a more apparent problem, the government settles on the most difficult solution. Instead of changing the environment to suit the humans, change the humans to suit environment. They begin administering vaccines to test subjects, who appear to be unaffected. That is until they have children, or the temperature increases. The test subjects begin to morph into creatures resembling animals, and are no longer bothered by the temperature increases. Though society is not quick to jump on the morphing band wagon, so the government is forced to let out an air borne toxin. As the test subjects become violent, and utterly disconnected from the human race, a war rages on between the 'Infernos' and the humans.
Sanguiferous for me, is a test subject itself. I've never
written anything longer then a short story because my motivation
lacks and I run out of ideas. I also don't have anybody to run
ideas by, so I figured I'd ask the booksie community.
I might change the air borne toxins, to contaminated water.
Because logically thinking, if temperatures are increasing then
the need for water climbs drastically. I think it would provide
another obstacle for my characters to over

Also if you can think of any decent names please don't hesitate to comment with them. I'm pitiful when it comes to naming characters.
