I need some help. I'm making a pack for my friend about how to to survive a zombie apocalypse and I don't know exactly what to do.

Ok, so I'm making a present for my friend which is a backpack filled with neccesities to survive a zombie uprising in the future. I don't really know exactly what to put in. I was thinking of putting a survival guide in there, but I don't know exactly what information is needed. Does anybody know anything about what to put in it or where to find information about this would be a great help. Thanks in advance.
