INDIE

Charlotte's mother and father, Marie and Jared, walk into the large room, and towards me. They have been expecting news about their daughter for months now, but we haven't received anything about her or her whereabouts, until today.

"Do you know where she is now?" Marie asks me. Charlotte possessed the most dangerous powers known to man kind. She had psionic blast, which is the ability to overload one's mind causing them pain, memory loss, and could potentially kill them. Charlotte killed many people this way, including her best friend, her aunt, and my younger brother. She also had the ability to manipulate darkness. On its own, it's pretty dangerous, but somehow she mentally accessed a dimension of dark energy, and killed more than a third of the planets population. This young, innocent girl was completely taken over by The Dark Lord- the ruler of the Dark Dimension that Charlotte came in contact with- and manipulated into a puppet of mass destruction. "Yes. The Dark Lord has her, and is willing to return her, as long as we close the barrier between our dimensions." I say to her, and cross my arms across my chest.

"Then do it!" Jared demands. If only it were that easy. Charlotte was still a killer. The one person who killed 1/3 of the people on this planet. She wasn't going to return to us as a happy, peaceful, young girl. Nooo. She was going to return to us the way that she was taken. An agent of darkness and dispair.

"I'll bring her back, but she cannot stay. She has been banned from this planet, and this dimension. She is not your Charlotte anymore. She is a killer, and that is why she is being damned to the Stars."

"Wha-what? Damned to the Stars? What are you saying?" Marie says, heartbroken.

"You know what I mean. The Leaders have all came to me, stating why death is hardly a punishment for Charlotte's horrible crimes. Death cannot touch her now. Therefore, we have all decided that as a punishment, she will be sentenced to spend eternity in the Stars. She cannot return, and she will not be able to go any where else. That is the final decision." I stand, and walk to the far side of the room to the door. "I'm sorry. There is nothing I can do." I walk out of the room, and down the dark corridor. I know all of this is going to kill her parents. But the rest of the people left alive will be safe, and able to restart life again.

But for now, all that there is left to do is prepare for Charlotte's short return, and her damnation to the Stars.
