"What do you mean, 'nothing you can do'?!" Archibald yelled at the keeper of the inn. "My blasted servant's gone missing! He was there last night, right outside the door, and I wouldn't be surprised if you had captured him to make him scrub your guests' toilets and whatnot!!"

The office was small and not designed to cope with angry vampires, so the innkeeper didn't really have much room as Archibald shoved the desk into him so he could fit in the room. The tired innkeeper sighed. "Why would we need someone to scrub the toilets? Such a disgusting chore. In fact, we don't really do much cleaning in this inn at all," he admitted. Archibald checked out shortly afterwards and made sure he didn't go back there.

It was a dreadfully sunny day, so sunny that Archibald had to put up his umbrella to avoid bursting into flames. No ship, no servant, no sanitised beds...Archibald had hit a new low. He had no idea what on Nonotron he would do, and he almost abandoned all hope of returning home. Forget the galaxy, he just wanted to be in a nice, clean bed and be soothed to sleep by the sound of Jamelia vacuuming somewhere in the large mansion of his. Archibald dozed off whilst sitting on a public bench by the thought of it, and was so startled when Jessabelle leapt on the bench next to him he almost dropped his umbrella.

"Lovely day, isn't it sir?" said the eager Jessabelle. "I hope you had a good rest, because I've arranged a brilliant trip around Cambitsville seeing as you'll be staying here for a while!!"

"Whatsitsville?" queeried Archibald.

"The town, silly!" giggled Jessabelle like a schoolgirl. Her blonde hair was still in a pony tail, but the bow was different. Maybe. Was it pink last time he saw her? Archibald never noticed it before. "I believe I never got your name," Jessabelle continued.

"Oh, it's, ah, um...Archi..." Archibald mumbled. Honestly, why couldn't she just leave him alone? He was exhausted!

"Archy? What a beautiful name!!" chirped Jessabelle. "My name's Jessabelle. Did I tell you that?" She didn't wait for an answer (not that Archibald was going to give her one, or correct her) and kept on talking. "I was thinking at first we could go to the park and have a picnic brunch, which I've packed here," she held up a wicker basket. "Then we could feed the duckies in the duck pond. They're so adorable! You'll love them, I know it, and then we could go to..."

Archibald simply got up and left. A normal person would be offended, but not Jessabelle. There was no way Archibald could ever disappoint her. "Why not to the twon hall first?" Archibald called to her as he left.

Jessabelle sprang up and hurried along beside him. He appeared to be in a hurry. "Of course! Whatever you say. Why do you want to go there?" she asked.

"Well, I need to find my servant," Archibald told her casually. She clearly hadn't noticed Jamelia's absence.

"Who? Oh, oh! The other one...yes, of course..." she murmered. "I'll, um, I'll lead you to it then. It's actually this way," she said, signalling the other direction. Archibald acted as if he hadn't made a fool of himself and sauntered towards the great building at the end of the street.
