I was standing upon the bloodmoon, when a cosmic butterfly caught my eye.
I turned my face away, for I did not want to blind my eyes, for the beauty it possessed was incredibly intense.
My twisted mind began to wander through the darkness, as I stumbled upon a lie.
A collection of lifeless drones stood before my mind's eye, while I studied the militant poses of dread I sensed.
I stepped forward to face my uninvited horror, when suddenly I was gone.
I had slipped upon a mound of ashes from a dying andromeda-strain, and weakened I came to be, as I fell forward.
The next thing I heard was a pounding of creasing fabric in the silent dawn.
My soul was invisible, as I entered into another realm in the seventh dimension of my mind, slipping through another door.
I could not see, I could not feel, I coud not touch, and I could not hear.
I inhaled a breath of winter-air, and I began to float above the void of nothingness, still unknowing what to think.
I thought hard and long, until somehow I was able to reel in all of my fear.
And by the power vesting within my mind's eye, I heard a song so beautiful I was moved to tears, and I began to sink.
I soon felt a soft touch of satin, and a silky substance caressing my body.
I called out for anyone to come, for I felt a loneliness that with its melancholy, could have swallowed an entire ocean.
But soon I found my own soul arise out of the darkness, then embracing reality.
I lied upon my bed, awakening to find myself, no longer forsaken to this desolate planet within my trapped emotion.
(it was just a dream)
