EXT. CITY STREETS-NIGHT
It’s a lot nicer here. There are neo-classical apartments that line the side of the street along with buildings that loom into the air with penthouses and so on. It’s drastically different from the part of the city Savannah was in earlier. Storm walks down the street with Kade and Ryker. They creep past the streetlights set up according to each apartment while trying to avoid advertisements on benches that line the streets. Whenever any of them comes close to it the advertisement starts to talk referring to them by first and last name before telling them what to do. Therefore, they are almost all in the streets crowding together until Kade puts up a hand.
What is it?
There’s a little beep and swirling lights start to flash at the end of the street. They move before a house and stand there while Ryker starts to dig through his pockets. Storm acts annoyed while Kade scratches his head.
I know you have them. I saw you put them in
your pocket!
Well it’s not here so you must be wrong!
Where is the damn key?
Wait a second honey.
A second? No way! I’m gonna break the goddamn
window if you don’t find that key soon.
It’s not here. I’m telling. I think I must’ve dropped
it back there somewhere.
The police car comes to a stop eventually and first a man climbs out of it before it transformers into a human-like robot. The two come over to the small group. Storm taps both of their shoulders and points at the officers.
Um excuse me but I’m going to have to ask for
your names because rumo…
Do you have universal keys to houses?
Um excuse me miss but I have not finish…
If you have a key to everything please help us.
My husband’s idiot brother has failed epically. He
lost the key to the house and now we can’t get in.
Don’t miss me?! You’re a police officer! You’re
supposed to help! I’m pregnant. I’m angry. And I
really have to pee. Don’t you dare speak another
word to us unless it’s to HELP US!
Let me see what I can do. I’ll have to go back to
make a call first. Just please…remain calm.

I supposed to remain calm?
The police-bot almost instantly turns back into its normal form where it simply sits there as a police cruiser as the human officer backs away at first before turning around. When he turns around, Kade moves super fast. He pulls out a gun and uses the butt of it to whack across the back of the officers head. The officer falls face first into the ground causing the robot to return. It started to shapeshift into a monstrous looking robot with guns attached to the bottom of it’s arms but Kade stands there not worried whatsoever. He lifts the gun and is about to fire it when suddenly, something slices through the metal that makes up the creature. It then falls forward. Behind it stands Storm gripping a simple garden shovel. She looks up at them acting all cocky.
Boys and their toys. You only have one useful weapon
and I’d have to say that’s your stick.
You know what, Savannah. I think you’re just jealous.
Oh dear. You got me. I suffer from penis envy.
What a shame.
Love birds. Stop bickering. We have cars to steal. Places
to go. And possibly, people to kill. Madame Roulette

The two men start to walk away. Storm lingers there for a second looking at the house they stand in front of. No lights glow in the night. It looks as if everybody is asleep having nice dreams. Then she turns looking after them.

Kade is actually a woman and that’s why he won’t
tell you or anybody else his real name.

Kade is cut off by gunfire and they all threw themselves to the ground.
We’ve got trouble.
Ryker, you need to get her out of the line of fire.
It’s Adam…again.
Ryker pushes Storm away as Kade struggles to move forward while being shot at by an invisible enemy. There are flashes in the darkness every time somebody pulls a trigger.
It is hard to keep in mind that this is Storm’s first until now. She throws a fit as she struggles to break free from Ryker. Lights everywhere flash to life before alarms roar. All the homes go into lockdown to protect those on the inside from the battles on the streets.
We have to help him!
She hangs there in Ryker’s hold while watching Kade in the blinding lights.
STORM’S POV: He’s a shadow swiftly moving as he attacks one man with a gun before spinning around to face a different shadow who holds up a gun.
How’s it going, Old Man?

Right, too cliché. Brother against brother. Goes
back to the Bible with Abel and Cain.

Why should I tell you that?
Meanwhile, Storm breaks free from Ryker and sprints toward Kade. He looks away at her. In this split second, Adam shoots him and he falls over. Blood gushes out of a wound in his shoulder. Adam aims the gun at Storm. She screams tumbling over to the ground covering her head. Ryker runs up shooting at Adam who starts to run away. Police cars pierce the night air. Ryker drops the gun and runs toward Kade, but Kade climbs to his feet guarding the wound.
We see the car for the first time when Kade points to it. A bright canary yellow 2009 Corvette Z06.
But Kade…
You need help! You’re hurt!
It’ll be worse if Roulette is not happy.
Remember Rachet.
Ryker nods before running off to the car. The door is ajar thanks to Adam. Quickly, Ryker leaps into the car to hotwire it while Kade uses his one arm to fire the gun at police officers as they approach. The weapon clicks. No bullets.
Come on, Storm!
The car purrs to life and Kade backs up grabbing a new gun. He grabs Storm by the arm pushing her towards the driver seat.
What about you?
Kade firmly grips her arm and they stare into each other’s eyes as if they have times on their hands. His grip tightens a bit as passion glows in his eyes while staring at Storm. A tear rolls down Storm’s cheek while she gazes at him.
Forget your emotions! Forget
everybody else! Get that car to Roulette.
It’s the last one. Ryker will help you with
the rest.
I hate men who think they have to act
Storm runs into the car slamming a door shut. She glances out the window at Kade before forcing the car into drive. Ignoring the house in front of her she speeds forward tearing through the wood straight into the house. Kade stands there backing away while gripping the gun in his hand as all the police cars stop around him. Men leap out staring at him and the gun falls from his hand as he raises both hands into the air.
You’re under arrest.
You have no idea what you’re dealing with.
A fool. A street rat.
Think again.
You have the right to remain silent…
Kade lowers both of his hands while he stares out at them. OFFICER 3 runs toward him but Kade takes a step forward. The ground starts to shake and he lifts his hand a bit back into the air. Officer 3 flies backwards by an invisible force into one of the cars. Kade raises both hands and everybody (police cars and all) fly into the air where they hover.
