Thoughts and philosophy about fitness
Born to immigrant parents. Grew up all over. Moved quite often for a better station in life. Raised in New York for a big portion of my life. Feels that sometimes humanity has strayed too far from what has made them great and substituted it for more primal mode of existence. Its almost as if we are hgh tech cavemen.
