!!! - Please, offer any criticism or opinions on my work, good or bad. Believe me, I have so much written out... but I can't ever seem to find the motivation to type it out and upload it on here. I'm on here for feedback, after all.
I'm also accepting any reading requests, but don't put them in the comment section of my stories, put them on my page instead:) I will critique your story, and if I find any spelling or grammer errors, I won't hesisate to point them out. If you dont want it critiqued, tell me in your request. After I have read your story, I will delete your message so I don't end up reading it again:)
I have alot of my stories written out a few chapters ahead, so I will be updating them at least once a week now. Oh, and please forgive my summaries... I despise them, but since Booksie requires them, I have to make them.
I am open to any criticism you can possibly offer. I'm too nervous to let people around me read my work, and I doubt they'd offer much input anyways, so there's definitely some room for improvement. I do write without any specific plots in mind, so if you see a plot hole, please tell me.
My name's Abby, I'm 13, and I'm in 8th grade. I've been writing since I was twelve, but this past summer I looked at what I wrote and cringed; it was poor quality, wasn't detailed, and had predictable plots. I guess seeing how bad my work was made me stop writing for while, and I didn't really start again until about half a year later. For some reason, over those 6 months, something made my writing so much better, and I'm still not sure what it was. It was like the difference between black and white, there wasn't any gray, nothing in the middle, nothing just okay. I had a hard time starting back up really, because when it comes to things I care about, I hate for them to be anything less than perfect. I had to come up with the perfect idea, the perfect characters, the perfect setting for them to live in. I never write any plots down, thoughts just come to me at random times in the day, or even as I'm writing the story. It's sort of like a movie playing in my head, and I just write down what I see. My ideas are few and far between, and the ones I end up coming up with are very similar. For this reason, thing I write down are often always inspired by something I've seen or played or done, and never entirely my thoughts. However, when I do come up with an idea and start writing it down, everything just flows from there.
Other than my writing history, I'm not particular interesting. If there's anything you want to know though, ask:)
