Roses In Darkness
By Axel Ingleson
There are no roses in this garden
Yet a scent lingers
There is no moonlight or sunlight
Still we cast our shadows.
And in the darkness that is not darkness
And in the light that is not light
We throw caution to the winds
Until the time of our fate comes.
Then we must join as one
To combat the fatal foe
Who cannot be allowed to win
Lest we are lost forever.
