All I need is a dose of hope
So that I will finally know
If I should stay or if I should go
Please, just one more dose of hope
Sometimes I try to cry
And sadly I succeed every time
Sometimes I want to die
And so I try every single night
Why is it so hard to find yourself?
I'm a different girl,
So my life's a living hell
Maybe if the rays of sun wouldn't go
Maybe then, maybe, I would know
If it's the last thing I do,
At least I did it with you
If it's the worst thing for truth
At least I had the heart to
All I need is a dose of hope
All we need is to finally know
What we should be,
Where we will go
What we need is a dose of hope

What we need is a dose of reality
The spark starts and gets so heavy
You can't breathe with imagination
We can't live in our own nation
Our heads are stuck in the clouds
We may just never come down
Tick tock, forgot all our clocks
Lost spot, fell off of the dock
You say we're gonna be fine
But you don't see,
We've lost all our time
And maybe if we
Just had a dose of reality
We could fix this,
Forget all the tricks
Just hit and we'd never miss
I tried a dose of hope,
Wore off before I could cope
Maybe I'm just crazy
But I think
I'd like
A dose of reality
