As I walk alone this empty road
Asking myself where have I been
All these times & centuries
My solitude surrounds me
As I walk away
It’s going to be a lonely life
An empty road
Without you lord
My father in heaven
Without you Jesus
My saviour
Where will be in life without you
It’s going to be a lonely life
An empty road
Without my brothers
Without my sisters
Without my neighbours
Where will be in life without you
My bare feet crunching pebble stones
My soul Baptist in the turquoise sea
Swaying away
Emptiness in my heart
Rain splattering against my skin
Dark clouds
Colourful rainbow
Sunshine
It’s going to be a lonely life
An empty road
Without my family
Without my friends
Where will be in life without you
It’s going to be a lonely life
An empty road
Without everyone
