Winter, Sumer, Fall, or Spring

Song lyrics

Sometimes the 'perfect love' can fall apart. Even the brightest, warmest spring must one day fade to winter.

(Winter, summer, fall or spring) (Winter, summer, fall or spring) It's a story of utter perfection Just like everyone always said Boy meets girl, they find love They are so innocent and sweet Living in a world of happiness Spring, summer, fall, and winter He became her all, her center It was her like every dream He always made her beam Spring, summer, fall, and winter Soon they shared their first kiss And everything was wonderful She couldn't believe he was hers No others were closer than they As the fire glowed inside them Summer, fall, winter, and spring His voice made her take wing And his touch set her all ablaze As did his intense glowing gaze Summer, fall, winter, and spring Soon they began to fight often And her always unfaltering smile Began to feel the strain of emptiness While her lover was gone away As though he didn't remember her Fall, winter, spring and summer She could hear the distant drummer Who had clearly started this war And at her undying hope, it tore Fall, winter, spring and summer And then, she learned of the girl Who had easily stolen away her boy She truly had ruined the greatest love That this sad world had ever known Without even caring for him at all Winter, spring, summer, and fall Now he wouldn't hear her call In a deep fog, he was always lost As keeping two will bring the frost Winter, spring, summer, and fall
