You are sprinting down the field, sun beaming on you at the right angle. The wind is blowing though your hair. You have passed all the defense as though you were a professional, and it's only you and the goalie. Shot and you scored! Soccer sounds easy, right? It's actually more like running down the field gasping for air because you are about to pass out. The coach has left you in the whole game and there is only five minutes left. Sweat is rolling down your face and sunscreen is getting in your eyes. You can feel the rays of sun coming off and hitting your skin. Each time you step you can feel AstroTurf pellets as though your feet are on fire. You have blisters that are ready to pop and the other team's defense players that aren't going to give up until they have the ball.
