This is a fantastic punch bag work out for martial artists of any style, designed by myself.

This is a punch bag workout that anybody who knows the moves can do. All techniques off the leading hand or foot. Do ten of each, five left, and five right. Enjoy and aim for at least twice a week for results.

1. Straight punch- high section.

2. Straight punch- medium section.

3. Vertical punch- high section.

4. Vertical punch- medium section.

5. Short punch- low section.

6. Palm strike- high section.

7. Palm strike- medium section.

8. Outer knifehand strike- high section.

9. Inward outer knifehand strike- high section.

10. Ridge hand- high section.

11. Back fist- medium section.

12. Back fist- high section.

13. Front back knuckle- high section.

14, Nose breaker- high section.

15. Bell ringer- high section.

16. Front kick- low section.

17. Side kick- low section.

18. Turning kick- low section.

19. Back kick- low section.

20. Cross kick- low section.
