Stars really are quite far away, and while trying to reach for them, you may just lose all hope.
It's all about the agony that one suffers from a wound received long ago somewhere in the past that still aches and reminds of the someone so cold, so dear and so forbidden, that you couldn't even ask them for yourselves, but just despair.
And it's fiction , not any real life sort of thing.
