This is a Journal about my life. I'll share what I feel like sharing at the time. If I feel like talking about the day or the past week or an event that happened a long time ago. This is just so I don't lose my head by having everything behind my walls.
So the beginning of this year I wrote about self-harm and this is sort of an add on to that.
I am a recovering alcoholic and Drug Addict and this is a poem I wrote for toughs who are going through the same thing as I have and still am.

Okay. I havenâ€™t said this enough times for anyone to really know, but Iâ€™m a huge fan of the Christian Rock group, Red. This song goes out to anyone with one or more addictions that they're losing the fight to. Everyone has one or has had one.
