This is a poem that was written for elizabethrose's Poetry Competition. This is about a time in my life which I absolutely tresure and will always remember for the rest of my life.
This poem focuses around a young girl infatuated by a pair of striking emerald eyes. The poem unfolds as the girl speaks of the eyes drawing her in and leaving her powerless. Her love for the owner of the eyes also becomes apparent throughout this piece.
I hope you enjoy it, any feedback would...

This poem is for my sister, she's my strength, my best friend and partner in crime. I love her to death. Thanks for being there, Pri.

A short story I wrote a very while back. I just wanted to share this meanwhile I plan on releasing parts of my now published work, but I want you all to read some of my older work. I wrote this when I was 16 (I'm 18 now) so I want to see if I have grown in my writing. Hope you enjoy
