I tell the story of my life as a young girl in Nazi Germany. My aristocratic family moved to Germany just as Hitler was gaining momentum. Within a few short years, my life of privilege ended, and I was sentenced to a labor camp for dissident teenagers.
At the beach with some friends, I had an epipthany; one in which I realized that I could be free of my sadness; i just had to keep fighting for that freedom.
